MISIÓN
Desarrollar un sistema deportivos federado de Levantamiento de Potencia calificado, tecnificado, integro e influyente que forme deportistas competitivos que puedan representar a Guatemala a nivel mundial.
VISIÓN
El deporte federado de Levantamiento de Potencia con alto nivel competitivo, como factor de desarrollo social y que fortalezca la autoestima de las y los Guatemaltecos y forma atletas que sean ejemplo para la sociedad
